MASTER PLANNING  總體平面規劃

We have many years of experience in planning with leading developers and retailers . This has lead us to understand the need for a holistic view of total project. We are often engaged by clients to layout the space prior to the architect developing the base layouts . We design from the inside-out and can ‘prove up’ spaces before the building structure is set and it is too late to make changes.

我們有多年與領先的開發商和零售商合作總平⾯面規劃的經驗，所以我們重視事先為整個設計案作整體規劃的重要性。 在基地開發與建築師提供平面配置之前，我們經常被客戶邀請參總平面規劃，加入我們的設計概念。因為我們”從內到外“的 設計思考模式，能幫助驗證 “在建築與結構設計之下，空間配置的合理性”，以幫助建築與結構做必要的修正，使達成的有效率的建築規劃。
